The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two singles. Beautiful views over the valley where you can really switch off with a wine by the fire or out on the deck. This original miners cottage has been tastefully renovated to include the modern conveniences you’d expect while retaining its original charm and with 3 private bedrooms it’s perfect for a family or group of riders. The home is set on a large corner block with plenty of parking along with onsite bike storage facilities.

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Riverside Roost, aptly named after the legendary "Big Chook" MTB track, is a newly renovated three bedroom miner's cottage situated in the heart of Derby. Conveniently located 250 metres from the trail centre, The Hub - Pizza and beer store, and an 11 second run to the Dorset pub (in workboots), the Roost provides everything you need to enjoy your time away in the beautiful Derby.
