A cute and cosy house in the heart of old town of Brasov. From the bedroom you can enjoy the view over the castle like church, the little garden with many flowers and trees. In a few minutes you can get to the wild forest of nature reserve Mount Tampa or the city center for its attractions and restaurants, cafes & bistros. It is located on a narrow street next to the first romanian school, with entrance through the private courtyard shared with us, your hosts, living in the next door house.

Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. It is all financed through guests which book these spaces. Check out the progress! :)

It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.
