Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. We’re located in the pretty village of Bredon just 3 miles from the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury, close to Cheltenham and a short drive to the north Cotswolds. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! *The Fox and Hounds is still closed due to a fire (note added April 2026)

If you are looking to relax and recharge your batteries you will love this unique and romantic escape with its outstanding view. The newly converted Cart Shed is our high specification get away (from it all ) for two. The quickest look at our photos will show you an abundance of Cotswold Limestone and oak beams in a tasteful modern setting. When it's chilly, warm yourselves beside the superb Clearview Stove and in summer, sit outside and drink in the amazing view. We are dog friendly.

The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. Our Garden Studio has recently been converted. It is light and airy, cosy and warm. Sitting in the garden of a grade 2 listed cottage, it has its own entrance and patio doors leading to secluded alfresco dining area and garden. Eckington is a small friendly village within walking distance of two pubs, corner store, hairdresser, restaurant and a cookery school. We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comprising a master bedroom with king size bed, En-suite shower room, twin bedroom, main bathroom and beautiful open plan kitchen living area. A morning coffee watching the sun rise over Bredon Hill or an evening glass of wine watching the sunset behind the Malvern Hills an accessible location making it suitable to chill out and relax or use as a base camp to explore the local area.
