En bordure de Sèvre Nantaise et au coeur du bocage vendéen, la Louisière est un ancien domaine agricole où le Château, la Ferme et l'Etable forment depuis 1845 un ensemble élégant et paisible . Situé à 20 minutes du Puy du Fou, il permet de profiter de toutes les attractions touristiques de la région, d'en découvrir la richesse de son histoire, et la beauté de ses paysages. Cette maison était avant les travaux de rénovation une authentique étable qui a conservé tout le charme de son histoire.

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Logement se trouvant dans un cadre paisible, idéalement situé car le PUY DU FOU est accessible en 20 minutes à pied par les chemins pédestres, et à proximité du bourg des Epesses. Capacité 6 pers. maximum grâce à ses deux chambres avec lit double et le canapé lit dans le séjour. Bel espace extérieur. Parking privé à côté du logement. Linge de lit et de toilette non fourni mais location possible à 10 euros par personne (1 paire de draps + 1 grande et petite serviette). Animaux non acceptés.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Gite in Loire (Advertisement of an individual)

Our 3* Gite sleeps up to 6 people and offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with views from your own terrace. Access to large in-ground heated pool (10x5x1.5m) and gardens. Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

Located in the Anjou wine region, this rustic 100m2 cottage equipped with all modern amenities is part of an old winegrowers property called 'Closerie Les Roches.' We are close to all conveniences and charming villages and towns such as Montreuil-Bellay and Saumur. Visit local wineries, explore famous Loire valley castles, visit the award-winning Doué-la-Fontaine zoo or just stroll among the vines right outside the property. We also offer dinner for our guests twice a week.

Price is inclusive of bedding/towels & a welcome basket with supplies for your first nights stay, no extra charges.

RDC: cuisine (13m²), séjour-salon 27m², salle de bain, wc. Etage : chambre 1: 14m² 1 lit 140/200, 1 lit 80/200 , chambre 2: accessible par deux marches 19m²- 1 lit 160/200 , 1 lit 80/200. LE LINGE DE BAIN EST EN OPTION.

Le Ruault: Orchard Cottage (Loire Valley)

A well-equipped gite sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom The two upstairs bedrooms have zip and link beds, so they can be set up as two single beds or one super king bed. They share a toilet and shower room. Relax within 7 acres of outside space, including a heated outdoor pool (shared with Poplar House and heated from mid-May to mid-September), table tennis, badminton and bikes.
