Set within the beautiful Art Nouveau-style building built back in 1903 by oil magnate Mantashev, this rich-in-history house represents one of the city’s cultural heritage sites. It is ideally located right in the heart of Tbilisi, at the corner of the city’s central square-Freedom Square, next to the Courtyard by Marriott, museums and art galleries. Its central location offers convenience for reaching the sights of the old city and is an ideal option for families and friends to stay in Tbilisi.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.
