This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

A unique and romantic hideaway, Quarryman's Cottage is dinner on the roof terrace watching the sunset over Lyme Bay & Charmouth, stargazing from the luxury freestanding bath, epic views from the double shower, reading under the old oak tree, BBQ's & firepits, leisurely walks to The Anchor at Seatown via Golden Cap or the coastal path, the sound of birdsong, the glimpse of a deer, curling up in front of the wood burner in winter. It is a tranquil & heavenly escape from the bustle of daily life.

The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

A self contained studio apartment with private off road parking and own front facing garden. Located in the heart of the Jurassic coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The annexe is just a short 15 minute walk to West Bay harbour and beaches, here you can also pick up the south west coastal paths. It is also a leisurely 25 minutes stroll to the vibrant market town Bridport. Renowned for its Arts & Culture, pubs and twice weekly antiques market.

Surrounded by rolling hills and country walks, it’s just a short drive to Bridport and the Jurassic Coast. The Annexe is attached to a private detached house overlooking the sea in a quirky market town renowned for its food and eateries. We are walking distance to the southwest coastal path and the harbour of Westbay also Bridport Town. The Annexe is accessible from the side of Southfield and is completely self contained and guests are welcome to use the garden decking and patio areas.
