With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ. Everything for your perfect weekend get away in Brighton and Hove!

Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

We would love to host you in our bright, modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

Own entrance and private garden space, even a pond for you to enjoy the goldfish. No off street parking, but plenty of paid on street parking in surrounding streets, payment applicable 8am to 8pm. Can provide visitor permits on request at £5 per day.

Situated at the foot of the South Downs, the Nightingale Hut is the perfect couple's rural retreat. With stunning views of the South Downs outside and all the creature comforts inside, Nightingale Hut has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower.
