My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Your own private entrance & driveway. Your own outside deck area. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.

The Robinson building is an old paper bag factory in the heart of Bristol which has been converted into bright and modern apartments. Featuring high ceilings and windows as well as thick brick walls you really feel as though you are living in a part of local history. Situated in the vibrant Bedminster and Southville areas there is plenty to see and do on your doorstep and the center of town and harbourside are just a short walk away.
