The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Formerly a workshop to the main residence “Mylor” an Edwardian villa built in 1905 for the then Lord Mayor of Bristol, A.J. Smith. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.
