We have converted our garage into a peaceful little studio. It is a simple space offering basic amenities & WiFi. The studio has a mezzanine level with a double bed and exposed beams. There is a coffee machine, kettle and small fridge Please note - there is no kitchen at the property so no cooking facilities. The studio is located behind the houses on our street via a private lane. Though there isn’t a private garden, it backs on to public woodland and is a short stroll from the River Frome

The garden entrance is separate to the house so you can independently come and go as you please. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Easton, it's the perfect base for exploring Bristol.

Perfect for longer lets and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free on street parking. For those commuters who need access to Bristol International Airport, we are a stone's throw away (by bus or Uber).

We are on the otherside of the garden - far enough for you to have your own space but close enough if you want a friendly chat.

Fairywells is a self-contained barn conversion. It is attached to our stable block across the stable yard from our farmhouse. The property is newly converted. It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.

The annex contains a bedroom with double bed, a living area, kitchen and dining area with separate personal bathroom. The dining table is a small two seater table which could double as a work space. The house is a 15 minutes walk to lively Fishponds road with plenty of choices of restaurant, cafes and pubs.
