There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Directly opposite Blagdon Church, with beautiful walks to be discovered nearby and of course a stunning view of Blagdon lake. The New Inn Pub (next door) is run by Yeo Valley, offers lunch and dinner as well as breathtaking panoramic views of the lake over a drink in the gardens. The Studio is a 5 minute drive from Combe Lodge and Aldwick and a 30 minute walk away. Perfect for wedding guests. Bristol Airport is a 10 minute drive away

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Dairy - Quaint village stay

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Welcome to The Green room, it's the perfect place to explore what might just be the UK's coolest city. In a quiet side street in the East Clifton conservation area, you'll be in the heart of it all and at the same time feel a sense of space and closeness to nature, with the Downs nearby. The accommodation is on the ground floor of our 3 storey, 1870 home. Imperfectly quirky, cosy and welcoming, we hope the green room will make you smile.

Cosy country cottage

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
