E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. Please note that it is accessed by two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. - As street parking is limited to 4 hours, we recommend the underground car park 't Pandreitje, a 5-minute walk away.
