Only 15 kilometers away from Split having a magnificent view of the bay, it offers availability as well as complete privacy.Nearest beach is Žnjan (15min drive) with lots of restaurants and beach bars. Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

White house has 6 modern equipped spacious apartments. It is combination of modern and traditional on lovely location in the center of the town. Bulding is renovated in 2025.
