Welcome to our cozy cottage conveniently located in the HEART of Broad Ripple Village; one of the best Cultural Districts in Indianapolis & close to Butler University; 1 block to Monon Trail. WALK over to the best brew pubs, restaurants, bars and local shops. You can spend your day exploring all Indy has to offer and in the evenings walk to pubs or dance clubs, or hang out at the cottage with a small campfire out back! It is a small space, ready for 4 easily, but more if needed. Pet friendly.

Cozy Midtown Retreat

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. Our beautiful home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Avenue, so you can walk to everything the area has to offer such as restaurants, shopping, pubs, parks, and more. Take a stroll, ride a bike, or jog on the Monon Trail 1 block away. Enjoy a meal in the updated kitchen or relax in the fenced backyard with fire pit and hot tub (seasonal tub- closed May-September).

A new kind of community garden for your daily walks. This in-law unit is located above the garage, away from the main house. The claw foot tub sets an intimate relaxation mood for your stay. We consider a well-behaved home trained pet for a fee.

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.
