I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. Luxurious houseboat in London

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.
