This recently renovated cottage is located in a character property bordered by meadows and a private forest. Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Une belle et grande Maison de maitre en plein cœur de la campagne Normande. Un lieu de séjour idéal pouvant recevoir très confortablement groupes d'amis ou de grandes familles. Chambres spacieuses, grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 13 convives. La maison a été restaurée totalement en 2020 afin de vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Notre objectif étant que vous vous sentiez à La Maison des Jonquerets, comme chez vous.

La Petite Normande

La Petite Normande est une maison traditionnelle à colombages de 70 m² pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 invités. Vous serez séduit par son charme campagnard authentique et son grand jardin de 3500 m² entouré de champs et de forêt. Appréciez le calme et la nature en observant, à la tombée du jour, le passage des chevreuils, et laissez-vous réveiller par le chant des oiseaux au petit matin.
