We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. This modern apartment is a short walk to the city centre and amenities such as Dukes Theatre. A short drive from Morecambe (20 mins), Forest of Bowland (10 mins) and the Lake District (30 mins).

Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

Our flat is situated in the Castle Conservation area of town and only 2 minutes walk from the railway station. It comes with an attached garage for ease of parking should you be travelling by car. The town centre with its shops, pubs, restaurants and historic buildings are all within a few minutes walk too.
