All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

La TOUR a FOLLY in Bruges (free private parking)

The Tower is situated in the historic centre of Bruges, in a quiet neighbourhood at some eight minutes’ walk from the ‘Markt’. In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden

Coene’s loft | Bruges

Our loft is situated in the heart of Bruges and has everything you need for an amazing stay. 5’ walk from the city hall, the canals, the main square, ... 15' welk from the train station. The loft is on the top floor of the house where we live, 2 floors up, no elevator. As you can only park on the street for 4h it's easier to park your car in the underground garage named: 't Pandreitje. It's a 5' walk from the loft.
