Villa Bellevue

Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.

Backhaus Efringen-Kirchen

Die im Jahr 2023 renovierte Ferienwohnung war früher ein altes Backhaus und befindet sich auf einem Gehöft aus dem 16. Jahrhundert im Kernort von Efringen-Kirchen. Diesem wurde nach jahrzehntelanger Verwahrlosung in den letzten Jahren in liebevoller Detailarbeit Stück für Stück wieder ein neuer Glanz verliehen. Il s'agit d'un appartement rénové de 50m2 , avec balcon, au 1er étage d'une résidence calme avec ascenseur. Pour le tourisme ou pour le travail, venez séjourner paisiblement dans un petit village viticole de 450 habitants. Situé en plein cœur de la route des vins.

Grosse, helle Altstadt Wohnung

Im dritten und vierten Stock befindet sich die grosse und helle Wohnung. Wer die Stadt hautnah erleben will, liegt mit der Wohnung am Spalenberg ideal. Zu Fuss ist man in 2 Minuten am Marktplatz und in weiteren 2 Minuten am direkt am Rhein. Wer Abends ins Kino oder Theater will, kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und liegt sehr ruhig.
