The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

Kitchen area with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer. Dining table for 4. Free parking for 2 cars on forecourt shared with main house. Quiet location, trees and birdsong. Your private home is tucked away in its own plot, within the grounds of a 380 year old Grade II listed home. Set in the rolling hills of the Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' & close to the stunning Ashridge Estate. 10 min drive to Berkhamsted. Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

Separate Annexe in Eaton Bray

Eaton Bray is close to Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable. With easy access to Milton Keynes, Luton Airport, and London, our annexe offers a stay in the country! Suitable for couples, solo and business travellers. We're in a quiet village - but there are ducks, geese and horses as neighbours! - with good road links (A5 /M1) and trains from Berkhamsted or Tring. Eaton Bray has a pub, a convenience store and a fish and chip / Chinese shop. There is an Indian restaurant and takeaway close by too.

The Old Music Studio - retreat with tennis court

A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Hayloft - luxury country retreat

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Worminghall is predominantly a farming village, within easy vehicular access to Oxford and the market town of Thame. Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat with Highland Cows

Welcome to your cosy corner of the Bedfordshire countryside - a peaceful rural escape, yet minutes from the M1, Milton Keynes and major transport links. You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.

The Barn at The Grove

The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. It is located on the edge of the village of Frieth with nearby farm shops and local gastro-pubs within a 5 min drive. The Barn is in a private and peaceful location with off-street parking. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.

'The Stables' Garden Annexe

Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
