Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. With luxury bedding and facilities, an outdoor bath and stunning location overlooking Spring Bay, Tawny offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind from the everyday. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Orford Beach Bungalow

The Orford Beach Bungalow is a charming holiday house located in Orford, an easy 1 hour drive from Hobart and 5 minute walk to the beach. The local playground, supermarket and cafes are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. Orford is the gateway to the sunny East Coast of Tasmania. Day trips can be made to Swansea, Coles Bay and Bicheno, enjoying the spectacular scenery and wineries along the way. A ferry to Maria Island can be found in Triabunna, a quick 10 minute drive from Orford.
