We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The Barn

In an area of outstanding natural beauty, Oaklands Barn is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoying far reaching views over the valley and the Welsh hills, the Barn lies nestled at the head of a gentle valley in the tiny hamlet of Kinton. Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

The Lodge provides a solitary luxury 2 bedroom (4 berth) wooden lodge within a 10 acre plot, just outside Knighton, Mid Wales. Where you will enjoy Panoramic views across rolling countryside viewable from the comfort of the lounge with the log burner roaring in the corner or from the hot tub on the private decking. Simply sit back and relax. All bookings include a personally tailored welcome basket as well as a log burner starter kit(winter) or a disposable BBQ(summer) to help you settle in.

Orchard Sauna Retreat with Hot Tub in 250 acers

Orchard View is a 14th-century black and white farmhouse sitting alone in 250 acres of working Herefordshire countryside. It is the kind of place you arrive at tired and leave restored. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms, with original beams, thick stone walls that hold the warmth, and a wood burner at the heart of the living room. Outside, your private sauna looks out over the orchard. Your wood-fired hot tub is ready when you are. This is for the whole cottage, your use only.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Stable Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.

Station Cottage, Bucknell

Station Cottage is a recently renovated Victorian railway building. Offering cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect base for walking, cycling (road and off-road) or just for enjoying being surrounded by green spaces and fresh air. Situated in the small, but thriving, village of Bucknell, it is within walking distance of an excellent pub, a petrol station and butchers. Accommodation includes a living room with woodburning stove, private kitchen and bathroom.

The Old Chapel Cottage is located in Richards Castle 3 miles from the historic town of Ludlow. Spectacular views over the valley and up to Mortimer Forest. A private retreat in North Herefordshire. Compact and cosy with all modern facilities, ideally suited to a couple looking for a special retreat close to Ludlow. We charge separately for 1 child up to 12 and 1 Pet . Close to many places to visit, enjoy and spend time relaxing and enjoying rural life.
