The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.
