This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. There's plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a covered outdoor patio. Your 4-legged family members are also welcome. The property is fully fenced, we just request they are kept outside to help maintain the house to a high standard. Woodgate also has a dog friendly beach.
