Grandma's Farm | 6-Acres w/ Barn & River Access

Grandma's Farm sits on 6 acres featuring a fully remodeled modern farmhouse with a newly rebuilt lighted barn. The home features antique furniture and other authentic pieces that were found across the state of NC. The home has a fully stocked kitchen perfect for large family gatherings. The downstairs offers a large Master Suite, a cozy livingroom with a large TV offering DirecTV, laundry room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and a formal dining room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bathroom and a bunkroom for the kids. The Bunkroom sleeps up to 6, has a small play area with toys, SmartTV, and an Arcade PacMan game. Each bedroom has it's own TV also with DirecTV. Outside the home features a large covered front porch with 4 rocking chairs looking out over the large property. Out back the home has a covered deck with outside dining, a propane grill, and a playground for the kids. Also if you bring your ATV's we have cut a trail through the woods for you to ride or take a leisure walk. The main highlight of the property aside from the house itself is the beautiful black barn with lighting. We have 3 wooden picnic tables that were built locally that are perfect for your small gatherings. We are open to your ideas of how you may like to use the space. If the property alone wasn't enough it is located in a River Access community. Guests have access to the neighborhood boat ramp where you can launch your boat, jetski, or kayaks. There is enough room on our property for you to park your water toys while staying at Grandma's Farm. Internet access is available via Viasat. We are in a remote location and this is the only option available. It works fine for surfing the web however streaming is hit or miss. When booking just keep this in mind. The trip to the house is down a dirt road in a community. Please drive slow as you may pass children playing in the area.

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.
