The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

There is on street parking in a non-restricted zone. The room is stylishly decorated with high quality furnishings. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.
