The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Built in 1860 this historic home is adorned with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Located within walking distance to Burlington's dynamic downtown, where you'll find many shops, pubs and eateries.
