The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

The house can accommodate 8 people in comfort. The land includes extensive walking trails to view the abundance of wildlife. Siren, Webster and Danbury are located within miles to the West and Shell Lake and Spooner are to the East, with Duluth and Hayward approximately an hour away.

Escape to Long Lake

Relax and unplug at this comfortable and accommodating cabin on Long Lake just south of Danbury, WI. Our favorite activities include: bonfires, swimming, kayaking, feeding fish off the dock, catching fish, and games indoor and out.
