Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clifftop Lodge is perched on the cliff edge overlooking St Audries Bay with breathtaking sea views. Private and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. Enjoy sunsets from the decking or spend evenings around the BBQ area watching the sea. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, making it ideal for coastal and countryside walks nearby. Located about three hundred yards from a 7 mile beach (footpaths to the beach run from the property). Free WiFi included. Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Wells and other NT properties are within 20 miles as is Clarke’s Village shopping outlet. Adjacent to a prestigious golf course and the Shops and restaurants of the town centre are only 1 mile away by road or beach!

Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.

Steam Railway Shepherd’s Hut, Somerset

The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette with all the basics ready for your arrival. For the chilly winter evenings you’ll find a cosy log burner laid and ready to light. Outside facilities include designated parking, private outdoor seating, bbq and fire pit. We also have secure bike storage.

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The views really are spectacular. This is a modern open spaced, 1 bedroom log cabin with private parking for 1 vehicle. Located on Swanbridge beach and within 1 minute walking time of 3 great restaurants/pubs, this really is a special place to stay.
