This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

Our fourth Air BnB property, Shady Rest #4, is located in a small, quiet, residential town home complex, minutes from historic downtown and only about 3 miles from Parris Island MCRD. It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. We are experienced Air BnB hosts who have reached Superhost status due to our attention to every detail to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.
