Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower. UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofa. IMPORTANT: THERE is NO KITCHEN only mini fridge and microwave for OCCASIONAL USE. The Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking NOTE: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep/uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

(not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre.
