Living/dining area, galley kitchen, full bed, full bath. It is similar to an efficiency apartment. The shower is located in the main room and there is a privacy screen to go in front of it. The toilet and sink are in a separate room. Our guests have not had an issue with the setup.

Each unit has its own full size washer and dryer. There is a balcony overlooking Spring Street to watch everyone go by. The owners live downstairs. Once you get into the building (one flight up), you have your own entrance.
