There is a free parking lot just next to the place, as well as plenty of small local shops, mini markets and cafes. The apartment itself is fully furnished - all necessary kitchen appliances are available, bedrooms are prepared with cozy sheets, waiting for our guests. Bathroom and toilet are always clean and tidy.

Luxury studio in the most attractive part of Rousse, 50 meters from the Danube river and 2 minutes walk from the central town square. The studio has its own bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, desk, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine with dryer and full set of cutlery and glasses. The masterbed is 180x200 cm with a comfortable luxury mattress. The studio is located on the ground floor in a newly built building and overlooks a private patio.

Es ist modern eingerichtet und bietet mit einer Kleinen, aber sehr schnieken Küche, einem Esszimmer. sowie schönem Badezimmer auf der unteren Etage, alles was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht. Auf der oberen Etage die über einen Dachbodentreppe erreichbar ist, befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit behebbaren Kleiderschrank, sowie einem Wohnbereich mit Couch und Hängematte.
