The property has on the first floor a double bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom with shower, a storage room, fully fitted American kitchen and luminous lounge with patio doors onto extensive private sun terrace with BBQ and a little private pool. The second floor has two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a terrace with sea views,full bathroom with bathtub and the rooftop where there is a fantastic chill out area with sunset points of view .

Ons huis is de plek om te ontspannen van dit heerlijke eiland Ibiza. Op het prachtige dakterras kun je genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht. Vanwege de gunstige ligging is het een perfecte plek om een avondje uit te gaan, maar ook perfect voor degenen die rust en ontspanning zoeken. Met 5-10 minuten loop je al naar het strand Cala Tarida. Op 10-15 minuten rijden heb je verschillende andere prachtige baaitjes zoals Cala Vadella, Cala Moli en Cala Bassa en 30 minuten naar Ibiza stad.

The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.
