Explore the beautiful Calder valley from this characterful grade II listed annex to Kilnhurst Old Hall, once the home of the author, artist and traveller William Holt. We have a comfy king-size bed in the lower bedroom, and two singles or a double on the mezzanine level above as you prefer, and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. There are fantastic walks, loads of fascinting local history, independent shops and places to eat and drink. We have a safe space for cyclists to store bikes, too!

A perfect base to explore the Holme Valley.

The Annex - Relax in a Rural Location.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.
