We offer a beautifully remodeled basement space, with a private entrance and everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood next to Wilson elementary school. In addition to the downtown, we are a short distance from Fairview golf course, College of Idaho, West Valley Medical Center, and several exciting wineries in our beautiful Idaho wine region!

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling private 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Indian Creek in Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. A short 15 minute drive will land you in beautiful wine country with so many spectacular wineries to chose from.

Upscale House for 17 with Firepit & Lovely Yard

This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with the option (and the chairs) to squeeze in 2 more. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new. 15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
