Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. Our three bedroom farmhouse is tucked on a quiet corner of the property, though guests still enjoy easy access to all of The Village Inn's amenities including the sauna. Featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops as well as three bedrooms, this is a spacious and peaceful place to call home! If you are eager to spend time outside, there's a covered porch overlooking the vineyard, private stone patio and riverside seating area with a fire pit. Come for a weekend or stay for a week!

Farm Stay in Burke at Firefly Farm

By staying at Firefly Farm in the Northeast Kingdom, you get to experience a connection with the earth, be part of the community and ride the trails. Our guest house is small (120 sq ft), cozy, and the perfect place to set up base for exploring. Though small in size, the space includes a table that converts into a bed, a bed above the table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. Stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom! We do not charge any cleaning fees.

The Barn

This is a sweet, private, timber-frame barn apartment with lots of light, character and creature comforts. It's warm and cozy in the winter and cool and airy in Summer. With a view of our garden and apple trees, you are close to lakes, streams, mountain hikes and some of the best cycling and cross-country skiing in Vermont. A quarter mile walk gets you to Peacham Village and it's lovely Cafe. Groton State Forest and the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail are so close. Hope to see you!

Come enjoy a quiet get-a-way in beautiful Peacham, Vermont. Willow Brook Cabin is a newly restored log cabin on the edge of the woods. Large deck, outdoor shower and easy access to field walks and back country roads. Many lakes for kayaking. Great biking in the area. There is no full kitchen, simply a fridge,microwave and coffee/tea maker. Water is very pure and drinkable.
