A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

The Hogget Hut, Hot Tub & *BBQ Hut

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of The Trossachs National Park, the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen is home to The Hogget Hut. This shepherd’s hut offers a unique, secluded escape for honeymooners, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up the stunning scenery. Enjoy the beauty of Loch Voil, explore the hills or watch the wildlife. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or retreat to the Nordic-style BBQ hut* to round off the day (*subject to availability).

The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

Serendipity Tiny House is designed for you to escape “normal” life and to get away from the hustle and bustle, especially for those who crave something a bit different. Built with the idea of bridging the gap between the indoors and the outside world, wake up to the peaceful sounds of the birds chirping in the nearby deciduous woodland. Whilst your coffee is brewing, step outside and remind yourself why you came here as you look at the spectacular views our tiny house has to offer.
