The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Apartment situated near shops, restaurants, St. Mary's College and the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. 15 minutes from Chesapeake Bay, 1 hour to DC beltway. French and German also spoken.

A massive island for cooking, card playing or just great conversations with endless views. Crabbing, fishing. The Neighbors have 2 Great Danes and a cat that you may see occasionally

Here you'll find an open floor plan and plenty of space to unwind and take in your surroundings. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Cuckold Creek and the beauty of our newly renovated home. Island Shanty

Cozy custom built houseboats on charming Solomons Island. Walking distance to restaurants, live music, boardwalk and unique shops. In the morning, have your coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor and watch the sailboats going by. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while you listen to good bands on the weekends at the famous Tiki Bar. One SMALL well behaved pet ( no barkers please) is allowed and must be approved by owner $100 non- refundable pet fee.

Cozy Little Cottage

The "Cottage" is a cozy vacation rental that has an open floor plan that allows for easy hanging out or keeping an eye on the kids. The "Cottage" is not on the water, but is close to Solomons Island where you can enjoy their boardwalk & the view! The "Cottage" is close to history, lighthouses, crab and fishing charters and shark tooth hunting! Also nearby is the Calvert Marine Museum featuring live concerts by top name bands.

Historic Rousby Hall, Waterfront, Pool, Beach

Rousby Hall is a stunning waterfront estate on the Patuxent River, just outside Solomons Island, with sweeping views of where the river meets the Chesapeake Bay. The private 16-acre property is bordered by a conservation area and a 300-foot private beach. Year-round amenities include a pier and an in-ground pool with amazing river views. The estate also hosts weddings and events for up to 100 guests (event fee is additional).
