Welcome to Lynwood Garden, a stunning Studio located in the hills of Oban. We are just 7 minutes walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the famous McCaigs Tower. You will have your own outdoor seating area overlooking our peaceful, mature garden. Perfect on a summers day, your morning coffee listening to the birds sing. You would also have an off street parking space. You will have your own private entrance, double bed, kitchenette and shower room. The studio is attached to our home

Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

Located in a great spot, with the Botanic Gardens, University of Glasgow, Byres Road, Great Western Road, Hillhead subway etc. within easy walking distance. The area is quiet and leafy yet minutes from all the lovely bars and restaurants of the west end. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Soak in the views, breathe in fresh air & relax. Studio is bright and airy and modern with stunning views of Ben Lomond and National Park. The sunsets are incredible. A perfect retreat and is a wonderful base for exploring all the area has to offer. Most of our visitors wish they had stayed for longer.
