The property dates from 1790 but has been sympathetically upgraded. The wonders of the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe are right on your doorstep, or, if you prefer, close the door and people watch from your bedroom or living room which look straight on to the Royal Mile. You really couldn't get a better position to enjoy the Castle, the Palace, Arthurs Seat or the wonders of the Old Town of Edinburgh. Entire property. Our spacious two double bed flat is superbly located in between Broughton Street and the top of Leith Walk, meaning you are only a stone's throw from the bustling city centre. The bedrooms and bathrooms have just been completely renovated. We will provide you with a permit so you can park your car for free in the private car park. There are also excellent transport links from the property. Later check out and earlier check in times can sometimes be arranged - please ask!

The apartment is very comfortable - a real home from home. I live in the same building, so I'm available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.
