Welcome to the River House! Stay in our renovated home on the Choptank River of MD's Eastern Shore, with your own low-tide beach and magnificent sunsets. We offer a peaceful location and thoughtful detail, creating a memorable getaway for a relaxing weekend or remote work location. Enjoy a day on the river with our paddle board or 2 kayaks, and end the day around the firepit. In cool weather, cozy up next to the fireplace. Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

Old Bay Bungalow

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

Rosses Chance Guest House

This lovely guest cottage is located on a historic 16 acre waterfront estate on Hudson Creek that includes a main house, barn, pool, dock and pond. Built in the 18th century tidewater style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated and completely self efficient. A special place for your romantic getaway at any season of the year. Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

Our waterfront studio retreat is a birdwatchers paradise. Located on beautiful Black Walnut Cove at the southern tip of Tilghman Island, you will be in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by water. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride along the Chesapeake Bay shoreline. You will have access to our dock and small boat ramp. Crabbing and fishing are a delight. Charming Cottage in Tyaskin, MD

Charming New England salt box style cedar sided cottage directly across from Tyaskin Park. The Cottage is larger inside than appears on the exterior due to vaulted ceilings in the living room, kitchen/ dining areas. Beautiful views of the Nanticoke river from the living room, dining area and large deck. Pine flooring in all rooms with the exception of the tile floor bath and carpeted loft.

This special place is close to everything. One block to the Naval Academy and one block to all the historic and downtown attractions. This in-law suite has a queen bed, full bath, sauna, kitchenette, seating area, and desk/dining table. Welcoming separate, quiet entrance with access to a lovely patio with seating and firepit.
