Giving you complete independence, the annex has separate access from the main house plus off-road parking. You'll have access to the family garden which has stunning views. You’ll feel like you’re in a peaceful country hideaway whilst also being very well-located for access to central Cambridge, Addenbrookes Hospital, Genome and Babraham Campuses.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, The Annexe. Situated about a 20 minute walk to the historic market town of St. Ives, with the Great river Ouse. Perfect for walks, cycling, fishing and boating. With The Norris Museum , Thicket walk and Holt Island nature reserve are just a few activities available. A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

Just 20 minute walk to admire the beautiful architecture and majestic university buildings. Visit beautiful museums and art galleries. Relax in the many beautiful pubs, restaurants and cafes. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Situated in the historic, quiet and restful village of Buckden, Cambridgshire. There is a brief stroll to the three pubs on the High Street for you to eat and unwind, after you've arrived. Easy striking distance of Cambridge, Peterborough and Bedford for business and Burghley House/Horse Trials, Duxford Imperial War Museum, National Trust properties and a 6-minute drive from Grafham Water Sailing Club for pleasure. You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

With lovely views across the Rowley Mile gallops Situated directly opposite the main entrance to The Rowley Mile racecourse and conference centre, with a 5 minute walk to Tattersalls , Newmarket High Street and just 1 1/2 miles to the July Racecourse for summer racing and music nights and the National Stud you will be staying in prime location and in the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Newmarket, The home of Horseracing.

Private Quiet self contained Suite, bus links-city

Overview This is an ideal bolt hole for a business person, couple or friends visiting the area. Rare for the area, the accommodation offers a high degree of privacy with its own access and self check using a key safe. It is quiet space which has a breakfast hall area with a small dining nook with bar stools and bistro table, there is also a small utility area for rinsing pots with an additional toilet.
