The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. The “Old Glenroy Dairy”, Sunshine Coast Hinterland

The “Old Glenroy Dairy” cottage is located in the heart of the Mary Valley and Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Kenilworth. The dairy was originally built in the early 1920’s and has been lovingly restored to retain its history and character with furnishings which celebrate the era that it was built. The cottage is private and boosts gorgeous views of the property with cows grazing close by. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind with Kenilworth township only a short distance away.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Romance awaits at the "Down at The Dale" Retreat

Situated in Conondale, around 13 kilometres North-West of the Maleny Township, Down at The Dale is a private, luxury-farm escape for couples. The cabins look out over the Conondale ranges towards Kenilworth. Serene sunsets, starlit skies, and a warm outdoor fire for toasting marshmallows and cosy nights, make this scenic romantic getaway the perfect country escape. The Retreat Cabin is the perfect place to sit back, sip some wine and admire the beauty of the Hinterland landscape.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

The Outlook at Kenilworth

The Outlook at Kenilworth is located on the edge of the main town, in walking distance from Elizabeth Street. The house is air-conditioned, well presented and sits at the top of a maintained, two acre block. Sweeping views of the Conondale ranges can be enjoyed from the large deck. You have the entire property to yourself with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is one main bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room that can be made up on request.

Kookaburra Cottage - Unplug and Unwind

The cottage is a modern 2 bedroom cabin with all the modern amenities including a well equiped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with luxury bedding, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge room with AC. Outside is a large wrap around deck with direct access from both bedrooms, large table for entertaining, BBQ and a bar table which is the perfect position to sit with a morning coffee. There is also a large fire pit that you are free to use and cook on.

The luxurious yet quaint cottage sits gently in a homely corner among the rolling hills of this 3rd generation, 800 acre working dairy and beef farm. Ideal for couples wanting a romantic getaway or families wanting a country experience.

Birdlife & wildlife surround with the house and cottage. Rainforest bush walks on our private property. It is just 8 minutes to Maleny and half-hour drive to beach at Caloundra,but far enough away to enjoy country living!
