It is a guest studio with an independent private entrance in a newly built home in quiet residential neighborhood in Los Gatos, CA. The studio can comfortably host up to 2 adults. The studio is close to Santa Cruz mountains with world class wineries, state parks and beaches. It is also in the heart of Silicon Valley, a few miles away from offices of Netflix, Apple etc. We are 15 mins away from SJC airport and 40 mins from SFO airport.

This cozy and comfortable studio has its own private entrance and everything you need for a great stay. It features a queen-size solid wood bed, a private bathroom, TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio, and reserved driveway parking. Located in a very quiet neighborhood near a city park, with easy access to Highways 101, 680, and 880, it’s a great spot for work trips or a relaxing getaway.

This small efficiency of about 200 sqft (< 20 sq. meters) is fully furnished, has a separate entrance and a little deck patio. It consists of a kitchenette, a large closet, a living/sleeping area with a day bed (twin-size) - suitable for ONE PERSON ONLY - and a bathroom incl. a shower, sink, commode and ample cupboard space.

The cottage has separate entrance for the independent bedroom, living-cum-dining area and a small kitchen for our guests. Cottage has queen bed in the bedroom and comfortable sectional sofa and dining table in the living-cum-dining area. Cottage is connected to rest of the house through adjoining wall.
