Molte attrazioni in zona: borghi medievali (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), parchi divertimenti, le terme Calidario, il parco acquatico di Cecina. La casa è una bifamiliare e, con il suo ampio giardino privato, è un oasi di relax, è possibile mangiare all’esterno. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. Il soggiorno sarà una parentesi di calma.
