The villa consists of two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a large space dedicated to the kitchen and living room, with an exceptional sea view. Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic private heated hot tube .Guests can also use the large community swimming pool which is located right in front .

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.
