You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. The suite's extra-large main window frames the majestic CDN Rocky Mountains, visible from bed, the sofa and granite bar counter. The private, rooftop moutain view deck is a micro-Nordic Spa with a cedar barrel wet sauna, cold plunge (non-winter), heated hammocks, sectional couch & firetable.
