Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Central et calme. Spacieux et tout équipé. Je suis architecte et j’ai dessiné cet appartement afin qu’il soit le plus fonctionnel et agréable à vivre possible. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.

Located at the boarder of the 10th and the 11th, my apartment is located closed to the Canal Saint -Martin, Place de la République, and Haut Marais. This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.
