It’s just a few min walk from the Mürren BLM and about 10–15 min from the Schilthornbahn station. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for those who enjoy cooking. As the tourist tax is included, guests can enjoy free access to the public pool and, in winter, ice-skating right in front of the Sportzentrum. Cafés, restaurants, a Coop supermarket, and the ski lift are all nearby.

Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Das Chalet Bärenegg ist wunderbar in die Landschaft der Berner Seen- und Bergwelt eingebettet. Drinnen ist es klein mit wenig Stauraum, dafür hat es draussen hübsche Nischen zum verweilen: zwei Sitzplätze mit BBQ, Aussensauna und für die Kleinsten Wiese, Sandkasten und Rutschbahn. Hier spürt man die Stille und Kraft der Natur vor dem mächtigen Niesen und mit dem atemberaubenden Seeblick. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.
